In all seriousness, eating out is where any healthy eating attempt of mine totally collapses. This is partly because I don’t consider a whole box of pasta a single serving when I’m eating at home, but I’m pretty sure that’s what they use when I’m eating out.

Gerald Butler
Gerald Butler is admitting that he suffers from crippling anxiety attacks, but he is ” addicted” to the feeling and enjoys making it worse for himself. The star finds it difficult to keep calm in certain situations and is saying his nerves often affect his ability to function. He is admitting that he has suffered from the condition for so many years, he has become hooked on feeling stressed out. He tells Men’s Health magazine, “I was born into a world of anxiety. I am slightly addicted to anxiety. When I’m feeling anxious, I’ll create more anxiety for myself. Like I might call all these people about what’s fun to do tonight and end up with four different options, which in itself would put me into a blind panic; but then I’ll make another four calls just to make it 10 times more anxiety-ridden.”

Judy And Corey Haim
Former child star Cory Haim’s mom, says the coroner called her to say the actor suffered pulmonary congestion. In an interview with television show
Access Hollywood, Judy Haim says an autopsy conducted Today, also found he had an enlarged heart along with the water in the lungs. The Coroner’s Office also told Access that prescription bottles containing four different medications were taken from his room. Shortly before his death Wednesday at age 38, Haim complained of flu-like symptoms and had a high fever. His former fiancée, Tiffany Shepis told
People.com the star had long suffered from heart problems. “Every time he would go to a doctor they’d tell him he had really bad arrhythmia, probably due to clogged arteries,” she says. “They all said he should have it taken care of. But, being from Canada, his insurance was there, so he never went and got it done.”

Singer Mika often turns to legend Ian McKellen if he ever needs some good advice. The un-likely copuple began a good friendship after meeting in 2008. He tells Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine, “We met backstage at the 2008 Brit Awards and became friends. He’s my agony uncle - or aunt - and give s fantastic advice on anything and everything. “I think he enjoys giving people advice, whether it’s to do with work o f life in general. Does he call me for advice? No!”
