Here’s a scroller for lazy mousers

Here are the lyrics for insomniacs & neurotic folks…

Britney Spears - Circus Lyrics

There’s only two types of people in the world
The ones that entertain, and the ones that observe
Well baby, I’m a put-on-a-show kind of girl
Don’t like the backseat
Gotta be first
(Oh..)

I’m like the ringleader, I call the shots (Call the shots)
I’m like a firecracker, I make it hot
When I put on a show…

[Pre-Chorus]
I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins
Spotlight on me and I’m ready to break
I’m like a performer, the dancefloor is my stage
Better be ready, hope that you feel the same

[Chorus]
All eyes on me, in the center of the ring
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh.Uh-huh)
When I crack that whip, everybody gonna trip
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh. Uh-huh)
Don’t stand there watching me, follow me, show me what you can do
Everybody let go, we can make a dancefloor
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh. Uh-huh)

HA. HA. HA. HA. HA. HA. HA.

[Verse 2]
There’s only two types of guys out there
Ones that can hang with me, and ones that are scared
So baby, I hope that you, came prepared
I run a tight ship, so beware

I’m like the ringleader, I call the shots (Call the shots)
I’m like a firecracker, I make it hot
When I put on a show…

[Pre-Chorus]
I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins
Spotlight on me and I’m ready to break
I’m like a performer, the dancefloor is my stage
Better be ready, hope that you feel the same

[Chorus]
All eyes on me, in the center of the ring
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh. Uh-huh)
When I crack that whip, everybody gonna trip
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh. Uh-huh)
Don’t stand there watching me, follow me, show me what you can do
Everybody let go, we can make a dancefloor
(Just like a Circus) (Uh. Uh. Uh-huh)

HA. HA. HA. HA. HA. HA. HA. (Let’s go)

[Break]
(Uh. Uh. Uh-huh) Let me see what you can do
(Uh. Uh. Uh-huh) I’m runnin’ this
(Like-like-like a circus) Yeah
Like a what? (Like-like-like a circus)

Dragonball Evolution Trailer

Yet another disappointment?  I’ve decided i’d leave this one up to the viewer ….  You might as well cast Tom Cruise as the Last Samurai, oh wait, that’s been done.  Either way, you have at least two choices:  laugh it up or sneer and be VERY, VERY disappointed.

Call to Renewal Keynote

Senator Obama spoke at the Call to Renewal Conference sponsored by Sojourners earlier to day. He spoke of the role of religion in politics.

“This is why, if we truly hope to speak to people where they’re at - to communicate our hopes and values in a way that’s relevant to their own - we cannot abandon the field of religious discourse.

Because when we ignore the debate about what it means to be a good Christian or Muslim or Jew; when we discuss religion only in the negative sense of where or how it should not be practiced, rather than in the positive sense of what it tells us about our obligations towards one another; when we shy away from religious venues and religious broadcasts because we assume that we will be unwelcome - others will fill the vacuum, those with the most insular views of faith, or those who cynically use religion to justify partisan ends.

In other words, if we don’t reach out to evangelical Christians and other religious Americans and tell them what we stand for, Jerry Falwell’s and Pat Robertson’s will continue to hold sway.”

President Obama Rocks!

Obama is once again amazing us with patient, clear-thinking. Like the for-instance of thw way he dealt with his pastors recent edgy political views and statements, comparing his pastor with one of thos ekind of lovable uncles who’s a wee bit lop-sided and always making over-the-top statements = You just have to roll with the punches. You just have to love him for not doing what all the others do by abandoning the poor man to the media dogs. You just LOVE President Obama!
