No. According to his logic, Malia’s A+ would not mean as much, and she would not receive the full praise and rewards due her for independently earning that grade. The “excess” grade would be redistributed to Natasha to bring up the value and worth of her C-. The ‘wealth’ of the grade would be redistributed somewhat like this: Malia would be recognized for only a B
Natasha would be recognized for only a B
The other quarter of the grade would fund the process of redistribution and manifest as recognition for the parents who raised them.
This is why the overachievers are resentful and why there is no incentive for the lazy to do better.
